ElvUI Based UI + WeakAuras. I configured Weakauras for three icon notifications when procs occur. I'll likely add more as necessary. I haven't hotkeyed all my abilities so to bandaid I had just increased the button size of one bar so I can quickly click certain items. The content of that bar changes frequently.
